before you join

• you must be 18+ or have parental/guardian consent to participate in any group order
• please be 1000% that you will actively participate throughout the entire order process
• group orders can at times take anywhere from a month to a couple of months (3-8 months; sometimes longer) to complete so please be patient when joining
  • DO NOT join if you can not wait!
• if you ever change your address or username, you MUST let me know asap!
  • in the case i am not notified, i will not be at fault for any complications that may occur afterwards

responsibilities

• no backouts unless you have a replacement
  • if you can no longer commit to a group order, you must find someone to take your place
• checking for and keeping up with any and all updates on your order(s)
  • make sure to frequently check the masterlist, your email & my socials for any updates
• making & meeting deadlines
  • it would be impossible for me to message and remind every single joiner about when something is due, please please pay attention to deadlines!
  • if you are unable or fail to pay within a payment period and do not give me notice of needing an extension, you will receive a 3 day extension after the dated deadline with a $1.00 late fee per day (max $3.00)
    • if i still do not receive it after those 3 days, your item(s) will be up for reclaim

requests & personal orders

i am mostly fine with opening for any shop/seller but i reserve the right to deny any requests if i am uncomfortable handling them!

• anything containing proship is an automictic no
• you are more than welcome to submit group order requests when they are open!!
  • i will always be very selective on what i decide to open for so please do not be rude if i do not accept your request
